True Storms Thunder and Rain Redone은 게임내의 비와 눈의 텍스쳐 및 내리는 모양을 변경하고 번개가 치는 모습을 추가해준다. 또한 빗소리, 천둥소리 등의 환경음도 개선시켜주는 모드이다. 모드이름 그대로 헤비레인의 날씨에는 정말 폭풍우같은 빗줄기와 웅장한 천둥소리를 경험할 수 있다.
트루스톰은 특히 외국인들에게 인기가 많은 모드이며 환경리텍 모드이기 때문에 계절, 날씨와 관련된 다른 환경모드들과는 호환이 되지 않는다. 호환되지 않는 대표적인 모드로는 Climates of tamriel과 Purity가 있다.
또한 날씨변경 코드가 포함된 ENB와도 호환되지 않는다. 대표적으로 KONAN ENB가 있다.

Fixes the vanilla "thunder loop" problem! (see below)
This is first and foremost an overhaul to the storm sounds and playback system, but includes my personal rain textures.
Adds 20 new thunder sounds and new method for TRUE unpredictable/random playback.
Adds 3 new ambient rain sounds of varying intensity.
Adds interior rain and thunder sounds!! See Sticky Post for details! (no scripts!)
Adds all-new rain textures, and new rain/snow particle effects for heavy density and realism.
Optional plugin for vanilla weather with dark nights.
It can get pretty loud like a real storm!
Compatible with vanilla, Pure Weather, Natural Lighting and Atmospherics, Climates of Tamriel, TAZ Visual Overhaul, RCRN, RLO, ELFX Weather, Supreme Storms.
THIS MOD IS 100% SCRIPT-FREE AND COMPLETELY SAFE TO ADD/REMOVE AT ANY TIME.
USES VANILLA SYSTEMS ONLY, SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT ON PERFORMANCE, EVEN ON LOW-END MACHINES.
The vanilla game has an annoying problem where upon loading a rainy weather, it will select a single thunder sound from the available group, and continue to play that ONE sound only until the weather changes. A number of people have suffered from this "thunder loop" problem, and I decided to do something about it. I did extensive testing and found a workaround that allows TRUE random playback of thunder. No scripts or other trickery involved.
This mod improves the 8 vanilla sounds, then adds 20 all-new, intense, high quality thunder sounds to the game, all which will trigger at random. Sometimes over top of each other. Sometimes it will stay quiet for a minute or two, sometimes it will RAGE. It's completely unpredictable!
STORMS NOW FEEL SCARY, AND EXTREMELY IMMERSIVE! (even though I hate to use that word!)
